ENTRY DEADLINES AND MAILING INFORMATION
All entries are due no later than 5:00pm, Monday, June 30, 2008. Sorry, no late entries
accepted.
All entries must include a fully completed, printed or typed application and must be
submitted with a check for the appropriate amount.
Entries may be faxed to: Vail America Days at 970-477-3697. If entry form is faxed, payment
must be received by June 30, 2008 to be accepted into the parade.

ENTRY FEES
Volunteers are needed!
Those wishing to volunteer to march in the parade (duties include: holding balloons, carrying
banners, assisting with traffic and congestion, etc.) may contact JoAnn Moore at 970-390-6264.

The undersigned applicant, as authorized agent for the applying organization, has read
and clearly understands the rules and guidelines for participation in the Vail America
Days Parade and releases Eagle Valley Events, Inc., the Town of Vail and their members,
agents and/or sponsors from any and all liability that may result from any act, function,
related activity or negligence of the applicant's organization which may occur before,
during or after the 2006 Vail America Days parade.
**ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST SIGN A WAIVER OF LIABILITY. A WAIVER MUST BE SIGNED BY EACH
MEMBER OF THE ENTRY OR BY A PARENT/GUARDIAN OF A MINOR. YOU MAY SIGN FOR EACH MEMBER WITH
GUARDIAN CONSENT. SEE FORM.
