            Tonight's fireworks are still a go barring any weather conditions so be sure to check back
            for the latest information!
 
            The Vail America Days fireworks show will light up the Vail skies on  July 4
            starting at 9:45pm, weather/conditions permitting. The 10-minute show will
            celebrate Independence Day and pays tribute to this year's theme Stronger   
           Together.

            We are offering a variety of options for viewing this year's show as part of our 
            commitment to the Eagle County public health order.

​  OPTION ONE                        

  • WATCH FROM HOME ON THE LIVESTREAM

         Enjoy the show from the comfort of your home, condo or hotel room.  High Five Access Media

         will be  providing live coverage of the fireworks show complete with the patriotic soundtrack.

         The show will be  available locally on cable Channel 5 and anywhere on Live on Five    

         at highfivemedia.org. Thanks to High Five Access Media for their help in bringing this to the Vail      

         Valley.

OPTION TWO

  • DRIVE IN/WATCH FROM YOUR VEHICLE

                Enjoy the fireworks in Vail from your car by utilizing temporary parking areas

                      Ford Park parking lot

                      Parking structures in Vail Village and Lionshead

                      Frontage Roads

                As a reminder, DO NOT PARK/STOP/WATCH FIREWORKS ON 1-70.   

                Colorado State Patrol and the Vail Police Department will be enforcing laws in                                                       this area

OPTION THREE

  • WATCH FROM WHERE YOU ARE

             Fireworks will be visible from the following neighborhoods around Vail so                 

             stay close to home and enjoy the show 

                  Sandstone

                  Spraddle Creek

                  Buffehr Creek (upper neighborhood)

              Check with your concierge, front desk or property manager on the best

              viewing options ​

OPTION FOUR

  • WATCH FROM LIMITED CAPACITY CONTROLLED VIEWING ZONES

           These select areas will open at 8:30pm and offer extremely limited capacity based on the    

            current public health order. Entry will be monitored through designated entry/exit points.

            Please be aware these areas will fill quickly so plan accordingly and be prepared for alternative    

            viewing options.

                           Base of Golden Peak

               

           Remember to practice safe social distancing for all viewing areas around town

           Be sure to tune into KZYR, The Zephyr for the live simulcast of the patriotic musical
            score choreographed to this year’s fireworks display.  The Nature Valleypre-firework    
            broadcast starts at 9pm so join us for fun tributes,  contests, interviews and great music
            to get you ready for the fireworks.

             The Town of Vail asks that everyone protect the surrounding national forest and are                            
             reminded that the use of personal fireworks is prohibited.
